Amanda Qualls is the founder of AQ | HR, a boutique human resources consultancy that specializes in providing support and project completion for organizations seeking greater HR capacity. Amanda has more than a decade of experience working in the people function, with six years spent in a fully remote organization. AQ | HR offers hiring support, onboarding program creation, training, management coaching, benefits package consultation and administration, payroll processing, employee reviews, separation guidance, and offboarding process creation.

Outside of the people function, Amanda is currently an At-Large Board Member on the Goshen Community Schools Board of Education. In 2020, she ran for election to Indiana House in District 49. She has previously worked in libraries, museums, higher education, and the publishing industry.
